Reservations and Pre-payments
You will be asked to guarantee your booking with a valid credit card. In case you have booked a refundable reservation, no payment is taken from your credit card until the moment you check-in. Payment is taken at the check-in or in the event of cancellation, in accordance with our cancellation terms.
All rates shown online are per room per night (unless otherwise stated). Rates are including VAT and all the local taxes. Rates are subject to change without notice. However, your rate is guaranteed once you receive a booking confirmation.
Upon arrival you will be asked to provide a valid credit card for the hotel to take authorization. The hotel accepts cash payments or deposits. Online payment is possible using debit/credit.
Children under the age of 10 can stay free of charge at our hotel, when sharing a room with at least one paying adult. Availability of suitable rooms is limited.
Guests with impaired mobility
The hotel endeavors to offer the same high quality facilities to our less able bodied guests. Where possible, special facilities include spacious and open bathrooms and public areas. Please check prior booking if you have any special requirements. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
The hotel offers free parking facilities.
Please note that the hotel is fully non smoking. In case guests do smoke in the hotel, a fine of €50, will be charged.
Complaints or comments
We take our guest satisfaction very seriously. Any complaints or comments regarding a stay at our hotel should be made in the first instance to the hotel's duty manager at the time of your stay so that we can resolve it immediately.
Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained online, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions, and reserve the right to vary, amend, supplement or cancel any of the information or offers featured online at any time. In case the above terms and conditions do not sufficiently foresee in any case, the hotel`s management will decide regarding this issue.
Arrival and departure
Hotel rooms are guaranteed from 14:00 on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 12:00 on the day of departure.Early check-in and late check-out are considered as an aditional cost.
We use two different cancellation policies, depending on the reservation you make:
Cancellations or modifications of reservations without restrictions are free of charge up to 48 hours before the arrival date. Please take in consideration that the arrival date is considered to start at 00:00 hour local time. Any cancelations or modifications within 48 hours before arrival, or in case you do not show up, 100% of the first night will be charged.
Non refundable reservations
It is not possible to modify or cancel this reservation in any case. The total costs for all room nights, will be charged directly after your reservation is made. Please note that the credit card which was used for booking needs to be shown upon check-in. The name of the booker needs to be the same as the name on the credit card. If this is not possible please ask Reception in advance for a third party authorization form.
